· Equipped with proper phone etiquette and customer service-oriented skills.
· Capacity to schedule, book, manage, maintain calendars, appointments and set consultation for the clinic.
· Proactiveness in sending email communication and or calls, setting the expectations of patient for the day.
· Coordinate meetings and other related changes in the day-to-day activities both for internal and external clients.
· Keep track of all communications both incoming and outgoing thru calls, emails and pencil booking.
· Perform other related office administration tasks such as printing, filing of documents, DTRs, attendance and leave tracking.
· Prepares reports and instructional documents, memos, invoices and other correspondence.
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Directly reports to Program Manager and collaborates with the Site Team Lead.
