Summary of Role
The role manages all-round HR functions for the service business in Fresenius Medical Care. As HRBP Specialist, the incumbent will provide advisory and support to major business stakeholders and interact with the employees on the day-to-day HR queries and processes. He/she will also act as subject matter expert to drive talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding activities.

Provide primary and proactive HR support by delivering HR expertise and services to optimize business strategy and establish strong working relatio

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources – with 3 years solid HRBP experienceGood knowledge of HR tools (preferably Workday HRIS system) & processes, thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, ie. talent acquisition, employment relations and employment lawExperience in project management is an advantageProficiency in MS Office – Words, Excel and PowerpointProfessio

*This role will follow North America shift schedule; candidates must also be flexible with working other shifts such as day or mid.
*Work setup will be hybrid (predominantly work-from-home) and during onsite days, work location will be either in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City or BGC, Taguig City.
