Job Description

Summary of Role

The role manages all-round HR functions for the service business in Fresenius Medical Care. As HRBP Specialist, the incumbent will provide advisory and support to major business stakeholders and interact with the employees on the day-to-day HR queries and processes. He/she will also act as subject matter expert to drive talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding activities.

Key Accountabilities

Provide primary and proactive HR support by delivering HR expertise and services to optimize business strategy and establish strong working relationships with the business through a partner-focused approachResolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach, using sound judgment, legal advice (when appropriate) and a solution-oriented approachWork closely with line managers to support the staff’s career development, performance management, talent management and succession planning of the employees within their functionsCollaborate effectively with internal HR colleagues to support the development of programme, processes and policies to achieve the required level of capabilities to optimally meet business demandsEffectively communicate and implement programs, processes and policies and provide change management support as requiredAbility to drive or support HR initiatives/projects

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources – with 3 years solid HRBP experienceGood knowledge of HR tools (preferably Workday HRIS system) & processes, thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, ie. talent acquisition, employment relations and employment lawExperience in project management is an advantageProficiency in MS Office – Words, Excel and PowerpointProfessional oral and written EnglishCritical thinking and strong interpersonal skill are essentialAccurate, analytical, reliable, team work spirit, proactive and committed

*This role will follow North America shift schedule; candidates must also be flexible with working other shifts such as day or mid.

*Work setup will be hybrid (predominantly work-from-home) and during onsite days, work location will be either in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City or BGC, Taguig City.
