Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Activities

Provide support on recruitment onboarding process and perform routine administrative work such as advertising and running job postingsTracking, reviewing and handling all applications to ensure alignment to the Inclusive and Diverse Hiring Practices and assessment criteriaInterview and job offer scheduling support for HR Philippines Team. Support compilation and validation of complete candidate information post offer processWorking closely with HR Philippines Team and share in ownership in staying connected with candidates to provide status updates as and when key stages are completed.Main coordinator for internship program in the following areas.On-boarding and Off-Boarding of ColleaguesCheck and validate all required forms, and follow-up with the candidate to furnish incomplete information or correct details as required and obtain pre-hiring requirements.Prepare candidate information for Due Diligence check.Preparation of new employee files to include all necessary documentations and closing of terminated employee files.Coordinate the action items in the Employee Offboarding Checklist.HR Administration & HR Data ManagementSupport in data management and regular and ad hoc reporting requests.Assist in data corrections and clean ups in various HR systems to ensure data integrity, this includes but not limited to –HRIS systemsBenefits AdministrationEmployee Personnel FilesAssist in Company documentation preparations.Assists in processing and monitoring of invoices from HR vendors providing services.Supports in data preparation/update and ensuring completeness/accuracy of benefits administration.Involve in HR related projects that improves HR operational excellence, efficiency and accuracy.Skills and experience that will lead to successUniversity degree/Diploma in HR fieldDemonstrated ability in HR administration/coordination within fast-paced, matrixed MNC environmentKnowledge of Human Resources practices.Diligent, time management and organization skillsProven track record in meeting goals and seek clarifications with team members when in doubt.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Benefits and Talent Acquisition knowledge is a plusHow to Apply
