ACE Shared Services, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of candidates for all the assigned account(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Sourcing using all available channels and platforms, following the guidelines set forth by the organization
· Interviews candidates for all positions and across all levels (from entry to executive roles)
· Manages and coordinates with candidates and stakeholders
· Assists successful candidates in the pre-boarding process
· Prepares 201 files of new hires
· Organizes onboarding orientation for new hires
· Manages and prepares various reports related to talent acquisition and onboarding
· Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
· Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
· With experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing, recruitment and selection to onboarding.
· Experienced in volume recruitment for technical roles is a plus.
· Handled recruitment for entry to C-level roles.
· Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.
· With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
· Exposure to a shared services set up, an energy industry, or headhunting firms catering to energy clients will be an advantage.
