Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide support on Employee Records Management:collection and administration of physical and/or digital perso
nnel files and records in accordance with filing/archiving standards as well as local regulatory and legal requirements for access and audit purposesReview, classify, scan, store, and purge perso
nnel files as prescribed under the employee records digitalization.program for ASP countries such as Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, etc.Work closely with HRC to create and maintain employee records tracker to ensure accuracy of employee records filing and docu
mentation .Report any identified issues and gaps to HRC as they arise Protect employee information and docu
ments with utmost co
