Job Scope
Culture Development
Assist the managers/directors to build an empowering workplace through effective performance management, feedback, coaching and support. Partner with senior leadership team to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention while ensuring the leadership team has access to insights that inform positive change.Advise senior management on all employment relations matters, managing grievance and misco
nduct claims in accordance with company policy, including end to end investigations, and liaise with representative bodies as required.
Recruiting and Staffing
working with the team leads to understand which positions are available and need to fillestablish procedures for effective recruitingmanage the interview process from beginning until hire which includes setting up the interview, using standardized interview forms, coordinating 2nd level interviews with team leads, and co
nstantly modifying the scoring systems to fine tune the hiring process, which should result in better/stro
nger hires, and lower turnover rateshiring the candidate o
nce he/she passes the interview process including compensation discussion

Onboarding/Training
to ensure the employee is smoothly on-boarded in all systemsensuring the employee is set up with a trainer and has an o
nboarding structure and support thru the training process

Payroll
ensure process for record keeping of all employees’ e
valuations, regularization and promotio

Qualifications
candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Social Science/Psychology or equivalentat least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positio
nat least 3 years of HR Management experienceexcellent verbal and written communication skillsproficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)high level of organization skills and attention to details
