Duties and Responsibilities:
LEARNING & GROWTH PERSPECTIVE:
1. Implements the timely conduct of regular performance review for all regular and probationary employees.
2. Reviews the result of the PMS and assist in gap analysis on performance expectations and actual performance rating and propose training programs
3. Conducts training and learning sessions and consultations to and with leaders who have Performance Management roles
4. Supervises and implement where relevant, internal training programs to address the Learning & Development Plan of the employees.
5. Creates & manages the Personal Development Plan as a result of the PMS and the Career Discussion of those is the Succession Plan
6. Identifies and discussions talent with potential within the company.
7. Assist the AVP-HR in the implementation of the approved succession plan.
8. Assesses all candidates for L&D Programs in line with corporate guidelines
CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE:
1. Task champ for the conduct of the Employee Engagement Survey and the HR Services Survey from the start of the process to the delivery of the action plans to improve the survey rating.
2. Establishes monthly reports according to requirements such as but not limited to : Manpower Update, Approved Plantilla Update, Recruitment Update, ER Updates, Attrition Update, Training Updates and other reports that might be requested by the Excom and/or CEO
3. Provides Team Members with career counseling and advises.
PROCESS PERSPECTIVE:
1. Is responsible for recruiting in co-ordination with the relevant Head of Department.
2. Manages Staffing efforts for Team Members up to manager Level positions which includes but not limited to: search, interviewing, background checks, job offers.
FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE:
1. Reviews and endorses for approval training request and ensure that this is within the Training Budget
2. Prepare monthly Training Expenses AND Training Budget
3. Monitor and report monthly recruitment cost
4. Monitor and control the HR Land Expenses by ensuring that activities are cost effective and within the approved budget.
