Responsible for FDA regulatory compliance and other requirementsLiaise and negotiate with regulatory authoritiesKeeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelinesSet standards for storage management and assist warehouse team in audit whenever needed.Maintains all regulatory related records and protocols.Provides advice on claims acceptability and contribute to the approval of marketing collateralsProvide compliance-related advisories to the product team for newly developed products.
