Job Mission:

The Company Nurse ensures that all employees' general health and personal well-being are maintained, geared towards maintaining a healthy work environment. Also, participate in maintaining a harmonious work process environment through diligent and timely execution of administrative responsibilities.

Job Description:

Company Nurse:

Administer first aid treatments and immediate relief to employees as needed.Maintain all medical records of employees.Dispense, monitor, and issue medicines.Manage and facilitate Annual Physical Examination of employees.Manage and coordinate as needed all health issues of employees, including routine monitoring of health conditions.Prepare and submit annual health reports and other health-related reports mandated by the government.Assist in the implementation of health and safety standards in the company.Assist in bringing employees to the hospital when needed.

Administrative:

Manage the petty cash fund and perform basic bookkeeping activities.Maintain electronic and physical files of all employees.Monitor daily attendance and monthly schedule of all employees.Assist the HRA Manager in document management and control and in managing pertinent directories.Assist in resolving administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.Coordinate matters pertinent to third-party personnel deployed in the company.

Miscellaneous:

Perform other relevant tasks and duties that the HRA Manager may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.Must be a Registered Nurse.Having at least 1 year of work experience as a Company Nurse is required for this position.Preferably with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) related concerns familiarity.BOSH Training is an advantage. Other training is a plus.Must be willing to perform HR and Admin support functions.Must be computer literate.Must be confident, and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to work in Calumpit, Bulacan
