JOB SUMMARY :
Reports directly to the President and Board of Directors. Responsible for performing the various functional activities and meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Production Department taking into consideration the standard set by breed provider, clientele requirements, industry standard on productivity, government regulations on biosecurity and environmental health and safety, company policies and regulations and organization’s direction.
Provide the overall direction of the PS Production Department utilizing known flock management programs and other poultry husbandry practices given the available resources as evident on the KPIs met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Preferably a licensed Agriculturist, but not a requirement.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the same industry or line of business - poultry breeder (Grand Parent or Parent Stock) as a Supervisor or Manager.
Must be amenable to relocate in Ibaan Batangas, stay-inside the farm compound, work under a 26-4 working days scheme, shifting schedule which may include night or dawn duties.
Must have strong leadership skills, work ethic and reportorial skills.
