Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an im
port/export coordinator CUSTOMS BROKER license PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.Experience in freight forwarding Knowledge of im
port/export laws Knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping industry Knowledge of shipping docu
mentation and Letter of Credit Understanding of warehousing and distribution Sea and air transportation knowledge Knowledge and interpretation of commercial docu
ments Pro-active and able to identify areas of improvement or co
ncern and to make recommendations and implement solutions
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Broker that all shipment has correct computation and lodgment.Coordinates with broker regarding shipment status and immediate delivery at warehouses.Printing and segregation of all set of docu
ments for Checking of Computation and preparation of checks.Preparation of Check (Duties & Taxes Funding, Freight Forwarders, Broker, Shipping line and etc.).Preparation of Request for Payment to Jaric Finance for Duties & Taxes Funding.Respo
nsible in scheduling deposits of all signed check to each account payee.Ensure that all Jaric & Other Accounts FDA Certificate of Product Registration and/or Product Notification are renewed and applied.Maintains a Shared file Report of all product list CPR Expiration and status.Respo
