Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an import/export coordinator  CUSTOMS BROKER license PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.Experience in freight forwarding Knowledge of import/export laws Knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping industry Knowledge of shipping documentation and Letter of Credit Understanding of warehousing and distribution Sea and air transportation knowledge Knowledge and interpretation of commercial documents Pro-active and able to identify areas of improvement or concern and to make recommendations and implement solutions 

Responsibilities:

Coordinates with Broker that all shipment has correct computation and lodgment.Coordinates with broker regarding shipment status and immediate delivery at warehouses.Printing and segregation of all set of documents for Checking of Computation and preparation of checks.Preparation of Check (Duties & Taxes Funding, Freight Forwarders, Broker, Shipping line and etc.).Preparation of Request for Payment to Jaric Finance for Duties & Taxes Funding.Responsible in scheduling deposits of all signed check to each account payee.Ensure that all Jaric & Other Accounts FDA Certificate of Product Registration and/or Product Notification are renewed and applied.Maintains a Shared file Report of all product list CPR Expiration and status.Responsible for Registration, Renewal and Monitoring of Jaric import License, Permit and Clearances.In charge of daily updates of Shipment Monitoring, Booking, Consolidation of all orders and reference.Maintain a Filing record of Jaric Shipments.

It is the local distributor of Herr Foods, Inc. of the USA and of the Lactalis Group of France. Also a 3rd party logistics provider to several large retail companies in the country, and a franchisee of Agua Vida Purified drinking Water.
