Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent.At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.Exceptional understanding and knowledge of Philippine laws and jurisprudence.Must have outstanding integrity, solid moral judgement, and the ability to make important decisions under pressureMust have above average communication skills, resourceful and people oriented; with good Management Skills, Writing Skills, Negotiating Skills,Experience in Corporate environment, Bank Compliance and Dealing with Government Agencies is an advantage/AVP/VP/Director specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
