nal efficiencies and sales and marketing activities, and ensures co
ntinuous product development initiatives for existing and new markets
II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyzes the current customer base, portfolios, sales report to provide strategies and identify potential sales.
2. Reviews current and past budgets, expenses, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
3. Performs market research to identify new opportunities and develop marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and retain current customer base.
4. Develops in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
5. Prepares and presents proposals to close partnerships with prospective clients. Ensures application and onboarding process is implemented.
6. Develops strong customer relationship in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
7. Establishes and analyzes onboarding timelines, revenue targets and monitors performance.
8. Regularly conducts Business Reviews to monitor the lines performance, pinpoint possible gaps and immediately corrects the situation by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
9. evaluates new business opportunities/ brands for possible product launch to ensure continuous profitable growth of the Business units.
10. Develop new programs, services, and projects based on the Impact-data insights, market development, and market needs
11. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team.
12. Develops, submits for approval annual plans and programs, targets and/or budgets, directs their implementation and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with Corporate direction.
13. Acts and decides on all concerns, issues and problems in the course of the Department’s operation; and recommends action and resolution for concerns, issues and problems beyond his scope of authority.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): Business Development, Market research, Sales.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.With Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
