about the Role:

The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and timely fulfillment of our home furnishings projects. Highly-organized, responsible, and an expert project manager, they will be in charge of coordinating across different teams to ensure the completion of projects within the estimated delivery dates. The Customer Experience Coordinator is also responsible for managing on-site deliveries and installations to ensure that all deliverables are up to Focus Global standards upon turnover to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Project Management

Keeps track of payments, item availability, and delivery dates for all closed accounts of the HF Sales TeamCreate and maintain the project gantt chartCreate a checklist of all the pre-installation requirements and ensure their availability in time for on-site installation.Works with the Logistics team to ensure timely arrival of ordered itemsTrack daily site progress by checking with Sales Designers and Project CoordinatorsCoordinates with the Accounting team to prepare SOAs to be forwarded to clients.prompts the concerned parties when there are overdue or undelivered items.Facilitates meetings within internal departments to report overall project status and to present data that can be used to forecast upcoming service and delivery schedules, accounts due for collection, accounts due for delivery.

-    Installation and Delivery

Ensures the timely and efficient execution of on-site installations and deliveriesPlan delivery, installation, and turnover schedules and coordinate these with the Service team.Coordinate with Logistics Team for out-of-town deliveriesMonitor the installation progress and prompt both Sales Designers and Service Team in case of delays.Makes sure that the site punch list has been fulfilled prior to turnover of the kitchen/bathroom project.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in any field2 years of experience working in the Customer Service IndustryExcellent communication skills
