JOB SUMMARY

The Community Development Assistant II shall provide administrative support to Social Welfare Officer II/SWO IV in the implementation of the program and maintain records pertaining to case management and SWDI.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to the SWO II and SWO IVReview, record, and track incoming and outgoing communications (thru different channels) and maintains file and record related to case management and SWDIAssist the SWO II in the consolidation of reports related to case management and SWDIPrepare related communicationsAssist in the administration for the Social Welfare Development Indicators (SWDI)Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the SWO II/SWO IV.
