Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant.

What are there Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for serving clients thru sales order taking and entries for customers of URC Flour Division for a certain area, product, or type.Ensure correctness in entry and knowledgeable in the company's system.Ensuring that the creation and approval of Sales Order within the prescribed period.Responsible for the safe keeping of documents related to sales orders.Creation of sales revision and sales returns.Creation of rebates on price and support.Assist customers' inquiries regarding documents and details of their accounts.Coordination with logistics regarding customer requirements, schedule, and withdrawal.Provides an update to customers and sales regarding withdrawals and schedules.Payment Monitoring of accounts and reminding sales of the due dates and non-payments.Creation of transmittal document to cashier/Bank Control and CCD.Able to do daily and monthly reports for Sales.Reports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of accounts and products.Assist marketing for the sales-related program related to customer orders.

What are the Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With SAP knowledge is an advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Philippines.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.

URC Flour Division is engaged in wheat flour milling, pasta production and distribution. Its flour brands are Globe and Universal First Class Flour, Blend 100, Sampaguita and My Rose Soft Flour, Continental All-Purpose Flour, Daisy Cake Flour, Fibra+ Whole Wheat Flour, Noodelicious Noodle Flour, and Galactic specialized flour.These high quality flour brands allow bakeries, bakeshops and noodle manufacturers to produce premium quality flour-based food products which ensure them of continued patronage by satisfied consumers. Aside from flour products, URC Flour Division also manufactures and markets El Real Spaghetti and Macaroni.
