Job Scope:
This job directly reports to the Area Manager and is respo
nsible for the acquisition, retention, and sales growth of institutio
nal account clients and other financial products services in the assigned area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves Quarterly Sales Target
Achieves quarterly sales target set by the area manager or regional manager that composes of all the sales generated from his / her acquired clients which includes but not limited to Institutional Accounts, Bidding / Local Government Units (LGU) Transactions, Prince Credit Club, and other company services
Acquisition of Institutional Accounts and Bids
Maps and prospects all the big companies, cooperatives, factories, schools, and institutions in his/her area of responsibility.
Order Management and Fulfillment
Takes client’s complete order and communicates on the order fulfillment and delivery timeline.
Client Retention
Develops trust relatio
nships with major clients to ensure retention.Maintains good business relatio
nship between the company/store and with institutio
nal accounts clients by co
ntinuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, ensuring order fulfillment is done accurately and timely, and resolves any co
ncerns to maintain trust.
Payment Collection
Facilitates statement of accounts to the customers and assists in collection and follow-up of payments
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any relevant studies 2-3 years experience in sales management, key account management, direct selling, or other relevant experience
