As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will efficiently and effectively contact and follow up with prospective students, encouraging them to choose Inspire Education.

You will assume the following roles and responsibilities:

Connect with warm leads every dayEstablish a warm, honest connection with people wanting to better their lives with qualificationsProvide critical information and support to help prospective students choose their desired courseNurture short to medium relationships to help students with their online course enquiriesAdvise students on the best course, and method of study to suit their needsPromote the RTO, and encourage prospective students to start their course

Full training will be provided on our courses and systems, as well as continuous coaching in sales skills, strategies, and techniques.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will gain new skills that will continuously improve your people skills, calling techniques, and performance.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma/short course certificateThe following will give you an advantage:At least 6 months of Outbound Sales experienceExperience in cold-calling and generating sales leadsFamiliarity/proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software like SalesforceExperience in handling (an) Australian account/sFamiliarity/proficiency in Office365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detailHighly customer-centric with exceptional telephone etiquetteCompetitive and goal-orientedAbility to start conversations and build a connection quicklyIndividuals with a hospitality or acting background should applyGenuine love of talking to peopleConfident and dynamic personalityEncouraging tone and voiceStrong rapport-and-relationship-building skillsSound computer & typing skills (30 wpm+)Friendly dispositionExcellent work ethic
