KDCI is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager that will be responsible for leading our sales team. This role is at the helm of our growth strategy in globally expanding our reach. Your success will be measured by the number of closed businesses the sales team generates each month.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a successful sales team.Develop and co
ntinuously optimize an effective inside sales strategy, as well as drive and mo
nitor its execution.Coach the sales team on how to effectively communicate our offerings to prospective clients.Develop sales goals and quotas, compare actual performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals by fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment.Assess individual performance through identified KPIs, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Implement sales enablement technologies to optimize the sales process and its execution.Oversee the development of a sales playbook and a toolkit of sales resources that will help with training and make the team more effective by providing them with the information they need.Coordinate with the marketing team for the development of sales collateral and inbound lead generation.Provide management with feedback and submit regular reports on the sales team’s overall performance.RequirementsAt least 3 years of B2B sales management experienceExperience in building and establishing sales teams is a plusSolid knowledge of the BPO industryExperience in Ecommerce is a plusProficiency in HubSpot and other CRM systemsExcellent communication and organizatio
nal skillsExcellent mentoring and people management skillsWilling to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (temporary WFH set up)
