It allows users to seamlessly orchestrate changes across their development ecosystem, eliminating pain points experienced when using traditional dev tools.Tell me about the roleWe are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive effective execution, efficient investment, and accountability across the marketing department. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights for optimized performance, building efficient processes and frameworks to deploy programs, and ensuring effective use and integration of the marketing tech stack.Manage Hubspot campaigns/workflows and be an internal company resource on all things related to Hubspot.Lead scoring models and maintaining integration with CRM (Salesforce)CRM maintenance of closed leads, building lists for marketing purposes, and outbound calling purposesConduct Landing Page A/B tests within HubspotConduct Email tests for subject lines, copy, call to action, etcHelp onboard new marketing partners/vendorsManage technical aspects of key marketing and sales systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and opportunities.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.Candidate profileProficiency in Hubspot marketing automation and integrating those systems with other technologies, including Salesforce.Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.4+ years of Marketing Analytics, or Ops experience.BA/BS or equivalent working experience.Sales Engagement Platform (e.g., Outreach or SalesLoft) experience is a plus.Salesforce Administrator Certified a plus.A genuine career opportunity with great benefits awaits!Above average industry standard compensation packageHMO coverage including 1 dependent upon hire20 Leave credits per year consumed at your discretion with up to 5 days commutable to cashExposure to world-class, high-level management from foreign direct superiorsEmployee engagement activities
