about the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will support our brand in the market by providing amazing client service to our retained clients on a daily/ weekly VC and social media platform basis that enhances our brand and reputation. Provide leadership to our growing team EA-Pro service provides. Deliver support to singular or multiple dedicated executives – minutes, diary management, reporting, media briefs, board packs, slideshow and video presentations, VC hosting, bids and proposals, social media posting and content creation.
Naturally, we expect you will have the keyboard, computer and broad software package skill sets that comes from 5 to 10 years of experience at an Executive (team) support level.
Working with our own local and international leaders, this role will allow you to develop and grow your professional resume experience and add a commercial edge to your skill set.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldAt least 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Executive AssistantPrevious experience in working for an Australian corporate or supporting Australian executives will be well regarded.Current Passport and perso
