Position Summary:
The principal focus of this position is to provide operatio
nal and financial audits on Company operations, accounting systems and records to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, the reliability of financial reporting, and to ensure compliance.The successful candidates should have significant experience in financial and operatio
nal audit.In addition to the above-mentioned, the successful candidate should also expect to carry out, from time to time, basic back-office and administrative and other similar tasks as neededThis position requires availability to work night shift
Position Responsibilities:
Develop audit plan and audit strategy for financial and operatio
nal audits necessary.Regular audit on the company books, accounting process, and controls in place to:Audit on company operations primarily on processes with financial impact.Co
nduct special audits as requested by management and investigate cases that may arise.Lead and/or provide support to projects assigned especially projects that require audit checks to other teams.Ability to perform Ad Hoc tasks from time to timeCommunicating efficiently with clients and team members through various tools (chat, email, and some voice through google meet as needed). Speaking up and being proactive when things don’t seem right is a mustWork with the team to ensure compliance with all data privacy or data security of client-sensitive information as well as other policies governing client transactions, as well as local (host country) relevant laws.Help promote and support a culture of professio
nalism and integrity and build good working relatio
nships with clients and colleagues.Provide feedback and insights on how existing processes may be improved.Participate in Employee Engagement activities that would promote the welfare and positive atmosphere for the team.An ability to “speak up” and inform management of ways we can improve or make something better. Required Basic Skills:
Must be able to function independently, and hit the ground running.Prior audit experience is requiredExperience in Netsuite is a plus but is not requiredLoan experience (lender GL’s & interest payment calculations) will be nice to haveA strong understanding of basic accounting co
