Summary:
In charge of providing assistance to the Sales Team in offering the products and services of the company. Also, manage existing and acquisition of new clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs actual client visits and telemarketing functions to the existing and prospective clients ensuring they have good experience with Span AsiaMake cold calls or perform warm outreach to generate more bookings from clientsAccept and confirm cargo booking from new and existing clients, and coordinate with the drag BL Clerk for the preparation of drag bill of lading ba

QUALIFICATIONS:
●Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
●At least 1-Year of working experience as a customer service staff in any related industry.
●Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain/shipping/transportation or equivalent.
●High sense of urgency, customer service status and quality results
●Committed, reliable, punctual, initiator, and highly organized at work.
●Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients and deliver business objectives in a win-win manner.
