Summary:

In charge of providing assistance to the Sales Team in offering the products and services of the company. Also, manage existing and acquisition of new clients.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs actual client visits and telemarketing functions to the existing and prospective clients ensuring they have good experience with Span AsiaMake cold calls or perform warm outreach to generate more bookings from clientsAccept and confirm cargo booking from new and existing clients, and coordinate with the drag BL Clerk for the preparation of drag bill of lading based on client's booking requirements.Handles calls and inquiries, as well as complaints, from all existing and prospective clients in an efficient manner.Work closely with the Account Executive related to the sales forecast and potential sales and ensure that these targets are met.Ensure that the Sales Directory is updated in a daily manner.Manage the timely monitoring of shipments, as a sales support functionEnsure that all concerns, issues, and opportunities of the account are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

●Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

●At least 1-Year of working experience as a customer service staff in any related industry.

●Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain/shipping/transportation or equivalent.

●High sense of urgency, customer service status and quality results

●Committed, reliable, punctual, initiator, and highly organized at work.

●Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients and deliver business objectives in a win-win manner.

●Candidate must have a pleasing personality
