Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Activation and Conversion of Sales

- Review scanned reservation/conversion requirements uploaded by Sales Acceptance

- Ensure correctness of client’s schedule of payment and corresponding checks/proof of payment as prepared by Sales Acceptance and Sales Conversion

- Review SAP entries as booked by Sales Conversion

- Sending out remarks for resolution

- Activating SAP contract once resolved

- Endorse activated and converted accounts to Finance for AR posting

- Endorse converted accounts qualified for contract preparation to documentation & Contract Management group

- Activation and conversion account monitoring upkeep

Other Functions

- Participate in project launches/priority selling events of the Sales team

- Prepare schedules of payment for buyers during events (if necessary)

- Participation in the review of process flow with BPM - sales booking, activation, and conversion

- Back-up to the other Sales Control Associate to ensure continuous operations within the team

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Involve in completing the performance management milestone for the year

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any business or finance course

- Must have at least one 1 year of experience in sales operations and documentation

- Must be knowledgeable in the real estate industry with at least one (1) year of experience in property development/sales

- Accounting/Finance background is a plus

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc)

- Attention to detail, productivity, dependability, and adaptability
