The Executive Assistant will support our CEO and senior managers in a fast-paced, collaborative, environment. They will work closely with the CEO and senior managers to fulfill organizational tasks, manage schedules, conduct CRM documentation, engage in communication & follow-ups with various stakeholders and business prospects. To be successful in this role, you should have a detailed understanding of all Microsoft 365 apps, strong problem-solving skills, and experience as an executive or administration assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or senior-level managers and directors Maintain complex client scheduling and communication, as well as client files and filing systems Profile client leads, update CRM, run reports Manage calendar and schedules of the CEO Coordinate meeting logistics, and record meeting minutes docu
ment and organize internal and external information Research and identify new strategies and other topics/ideas for the company
