Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high-pressure environment while coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver. Having the aptitude to learn, understand and follow instructions will be a huge advantage.

Job Description:

General Qualifications:

Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course

BSBA- Management, Marketing, Tourism, Accounting, Finance, Office Admin, Psychology or Hotel and Restaurant Management

-Excellent English written and oral communication skills and comfortable with public speaking.

- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)

- Possesses a comprehensive ability to effectively utilize a computer, related to word processing, spreadsheet, photo editors, website managers, database management programs, delivery or logistical services, inventory, and social media platforms. (e.g. Canva, Wix, Business Suite etc.)

- Experience is an advantage but not required, fresh graduates are welcome.

- Results-driven / goal oriented, honest, highly proactive, and with the ability to work and resolve problems with minimal supervision

- Has the ability to constructively deal with conflict and afford effective resolutions or generate new policies for employees and workers

- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, strategic thinker with excellent project management prioritization skills.

- Ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines, while keeping every information confidential.

- Willingness to be relocated to different provinces.

-The candidate mustn't have experience but rather be a quick thinker, a fast learner and be determined to improve and develop his/her current skills.

Job Summary:

- He / She shall serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and external constituencies and on all external matters pertaining to the CEO.

-He / She shall be spending the entire first year learning, observing and training to be the most productive individual in the company.

-The Executive Secretary is expected to raise and improve his/her business acumen and be able to run the entire company in the absence of the CEO.

Compensation:

- Initial Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and adaptability and negotiation skills upon interview.

-This job offering is a 5-year commitment with equity involved.
