Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Payment Processing

Process all payments to third parties on a timely manner

Company Asset Management

document the assignment of company assets to all employees

Office Supplies Management

Receive office supplies from Procurement DepartmentOrganize and monitor office supplies and equipment in storage roomRelease office supplies and equipment to Releasing Departments

document Management

File and safekeep contracts with the company's contractorsFile and safekeep permits, licenses, DOAS and TCTsSafekeep check vouchers and receipts

Employee Benefits Management

Maintain database of all employees entitled to gas and communication allowancesIdentify employees who exceed the monthly communication allowance for salary deduction by Accounting DepartmentMonitor monthly utilization of gas and communication allowances and ensure timely payment of billing

Administrative Support

Provide administrative and logistics support from Admin, Accounting and Sales Department

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business/Office Administration or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years work experience in the area of Office AdministrationGood negotiation, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build good working relationship with employees at all levelsDiscretion with confidential informationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailsAble to work with minimal supervisionAbility to do multi-tasking roleAmenable to work extended hours or even weekends
