Responsibilities: Responsible for all local talent acquisition-related activities (strategy & execution)Involved in end-to-end talent acquisition (e.g. sourcing, screening, scheduling, etc)Manage various recruitment channels (e.g. job portals, universities, headhunters, referrals) to ensure a steady flow of quality candidatesReview existing Talent Acquisition processes and strategiesRecommend and implement necessary enhancements to existing processes and strategiesTake the lead to organize university recruiting events that showcase our employer branding among potential candidatesSupport any other recruitment activities when required Requirements:Degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related fieldAt least 3-5 years of hands-on work experience in technical recruitment is preferred and will be an advantageAble to handle multiple tasks at a timeAble to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team, to drive resultsProficient with Microsoft OfficeGood analytical and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learnerEntrepreneurial spirit
