Back Office Support
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide general administrative support to the team
● Assist in lodging applications
● Chase up various institutions for outstanding information
● Data entry into CRM, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
● Organize and maintain files and database in a confidential manner
● Generate reports when required
Qualifications and Experience:
● Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or similar
● At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
● Experience in Australian Financial planning
● Experience in Admin Support and Customer Service
● Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
● Can easily adapt to new CRMs
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience in fast paced environment
● Forward thinking person
● Flexible, highly organised and willing to learn
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent time management and organisational skills
● Ideally with exposure in the Australian Financial Services industry
● Experience in AdviserLogic or similar CRM would be an advantag
