o Process permit applications and issue permits in accordance with prevailing laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances
o Assess the fees required for the issuance of Building permits based on various schedules
o Records, research management to aid in the determination of license or permit eligibility
o Prepares reports as requested regarding the issuance of permits
o Corresponds with contractors, engineers and the general public on the permitting process
o Maintain and submit numerous administration fees to be submitted to the City Government
o Assist in Cash management and accounting
o Assist in making Weekly Reports/Monthly Reports
o Handling of Revolving Fund
o Maintains historical records by filing documents
o Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
