MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Successfully execute and implement the strategic plans for the segment (with thrust on RP-UL business) within the agreed timelines.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Formulate and implement marketing programs for RP Unit linked products that will deliver revenue and attract new customers.Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders (ex. Distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of marketing programsPut in place the metrics needed to ensure that performance of programs are closely monitoredMaximize internal and external resources to deliver compelling marketing programs that could include offline and online collaterals, advertising, PR, sales toolkits and trainingsWork with various groups (advertising, PR agency, outsourced vendors, etc) and marketing colleagues to execute marketing plansEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other related coursesMinimum 3-5 years experience specializing in marketing, brand management, customer segment development or relatedInsurance exposure/experience is an advantageStrong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trends Ability to demonstrate measurable results: results-oriented Very good people and management skills to interact with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teamsAbility to lead across cross-functional teams Detail orientedWith financial understandingWith exposure to financial services industryProficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel and Powerpoint) Excellent Communication Skills (oral/written)Leadership skillsProject Management
