Job Description
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Service Delivery (includes KPI Analysis)

Acts as senior processor/resolver and performs and monitors all HR Data Management related activities such as but not limited to creating amending and maintaining HR and organizational data and below sub-processes: Data Management, Reporting and AuthorizationBe responsible for creating, analyzing and clarifying consistent global/local HR reports towards internal clientsReview ad hoc or regular HR reportsNext level point of Contact for HR Business Partners and HR Professionals to support the Bayer-internal Authorization processResponsible for the review of the global role catalogueResponsible for a consistent and accurate database within Organizational Management (OM) and Data Quality (DQ) process and checks for exceptions, if any.Interact with HR professionals on a global level to support the global data management processProcess individual requests by guaranteeing a liable, timely and correct solution and review in case of non-complianceActs as backup processor or secondary transactional reviewer for Associate Team MembersIssue ManagementDiagnostic. evaluates the complexity of issues. Assess transactional details vs internal standards. May resolve regular issues that require standard approach and regular handling. Elevates exceptions and non-standard transactions to the pre-defined matrix.Internal Projects and Innovation Assists to process improvements and ensure proper documentation of performed processes.Knowledge ManagementProvide trainings, execute reports and process testing to keep the process stable

WHO YOU ARE

Graduate of any four (4)year course, preferably with HR backgroundUser-level familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)Previous HR experience and knowledge of SAP R3 are beneficialGood user knowledge of SAP HR standard reports and transactions would be beneficialHigh service delivery attitude and analytical approachProfound organizational and communication skillsHands-on attitude along with strong self-management skills and a structured way of workingAbility to keep the overview, especially of complex inquiries, even in peak timesBusiness fluent in English both written and spoken
