Ensure smooth administration of store consignor activities in the assigned districtEnsure implementation and compliance with Store Consignor Office guidelines across all storesPoint-of-Contact for HRD, Store Operations, Merchandising & VendorsCoordinate with Merchandising department regarding committed plantilla of vendors per branchActively involved in recruitment by conducting online/onsite intro-validation, deployment, and renewal of merchandisers, promo, samplers, and bundlers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any fieldPreferably with 2-3 years related experience as SCO Supervisor or HR SupervisorHas the capacity to work collaboratively with concessionaires/vendorsMust have critical thinking, above average communication and projected management skillsKnowledgeable in Human Resources areas                                                                           Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hoursWilling to be assigned in Bulacan and do store visits
