Core Responsibilities:
1. Foster and promote a culture of excellence and camaraderie/collaboration to achieve goals and fulfill the Company’s Mission and Vision whilst maintaining exceptional employee standards and optimizing revenue generation and resource allocation
2. Identify risks and opportunities, and presents findings, projections and recommended actions relative to the Company’s operations and general performance
3. Establish venue and open line of communication for regular discussions and consultations on operational and project updates and concerns, if any
4. Promote cross-functional collaboration in forming operational strategies in achieving goals and targets, improving effectiveness and efficiency, as well as in resolving concerns and overcoming challenges, if any, by serving as facilitator/mediator/bridge in relevant discussions
5. Promote leadership, engagement, accountability, and performance through mentorship and servant leadership.
6. Focus is to introduce innovation in all areas of operation, sales and marketing and making it happen in practice. In order to lead the change, must have the attributes needed for leading efforts and desire to do it right.
7. Proven ability and experience in identifying opportunities and markets to compete and dominate
8. Experience in managing over-all company end-to-end operations
9. Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualification
· Graduate of a 4 -year college course or bachelor’s degree.
o Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably on Business/Financial Management-related field
· Passed the Basic Non-Life and Life Insurance Courses under IIAP and other Insurance-related training is preferred
· Must have good communication and negotiation skills
· Mandatory experience in Insurance
· With proven track record in Business Development
· At least two (2) years actual or related experience in insurance operations, claim adjustment, risk assessment and management, agency recruitment and development and operations administrative functions.
