Qualifications and Key Competencies:
● At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
● Preferably with least 1 year of experience in General HR

The People Coordinator will contribute to the administration of human resources programs and processes. The successful candidate will coordinate with other HR team members to resolve employee issues in the assigned area. Responsible for providing administrative support for specific HR operations, monitor and audit daily HR transactions, help resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely manner according to established policies and procedures, and ensure work product and databases are accurate and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements. New graduates with a relevant degree (in lieu of experience) and an interest in a career in HR will be considered for this position.
Duties and responsibilities
Benefits Administration
● Attends inquiries related to employee government benefits
● Assists employees in processing updates in status with the SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth
● Handles loan processing for SSS and Pag-IBIG
● Facilitates processing of maternity and sickness applications, from submission of requirements to check
preparation
● Prepares Philhealth Form (CF1) and Philhealth Certificate for hospitalized employees
● Prepares payroll instruction for government benefits related transactions
● Organise and scan HR files to an online database
● Maintain Employee 201 files as necessary
● Prepare, review, audit, and/or process HR-related information, following prescribed internal process and
program requirements
● Process Optical and Medical reimbursements (OMR)
● Process employee on-boarding including bank and ID creation
● Create employee certification as necessary
● Action Verification of Employment requests – both written and verbal

General Responsibilities
● Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, audits, and databases
● Audit and perform daily quality check on assigned work buckets prior to their disposition, submission,
and/or data entry
● Process validation and approval needed in the Workday HRMS system
