The HR Service Desk Lead plays a key role in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquarie’s global employee base.

nsible in leading a team in terms of resolution on the following concerns: Preboarding (PageUp, Applicant queries, Referral), o
nboarding (Employment Screening, Mobility, Psych Assessment), Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, HRIS, Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management, Remuneration & Rewards, Reporting / Metrics, External clients (e.g., applicants, 3rd party, terminated employees etc.)Ensure assigned cases are respo
nded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support, Re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate
