Job Description

To oversee the HR group performance (People Design, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Performance Management).To ensure timely execution of HR deliverables, according to the KRAs and KPIs set.Create policies and programs for the group that he is handling.The Human Resources Head manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. He/she manages the administration of the human resources 2Ps and programs. He/she carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: People Design (org/dept development), Employee Relation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), benefits and compensationThe Human Resources Head originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.The Human Resources Head coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Human Resources Division Head and the Area Head - Mindanao, and assists and advises other leaders about Human Resources issues.People DesignCreates and develops schemes for effective manpower planningGenerate reports on customize database for effective manpower information.Direct Assistance in the preparation and conduct of interviews to top management.supervision on planning and implementation of manpower scheme.Conduct outsourcing program to attract potential applicants for future leads.Release memorandum relative to manning, staffing, and personnel movement.Employee Relation ManagementGenerate attrition report on customize database for HR information monthly.Planning and implementation on administrative disciplinary actionConduct seminar on administrative disciplinary action as deemed necessary.Develop programs that helps maintain and promote employees’ healthy lifestyle.Pro-active to internal and external labor relations.Helps develop plans for employees’ performance and provide corrective action.Performance ManagementHelps facilitate the employees’ performance evaluation.Direct supervision and monitoring on the employment status allowable for performance evaluation.Generate customize report for HR information system.Conduct research and surveys on performance management and employees’ development.Monitor the workflow process to maintain efficacy of work outputs.Conduct evaluation and reports management performance for HR information system.Talent  ManagementAssistance to research, planning and implementation of training programs through TNA.Assistance to conduct training programs based on the TNA results.Develop and help build a career program for employees’ betterment.Help builds career growth of the employee through appropriate training development programs.Conduct and facilitate the succession planning program.Provides assistance to program of HR principles, practices and procedures relative to policy interpretation and implementation.
