JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in planning, organizing, and directing the overall process and activities related to Employee Services functions specifically for Talent Acquisition process.
JOB PURPOSE GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Scope and Range Accountabilities Areas of Duties and Responsibilities Manages the end-to-end recruitment for both internal and external regular employees. Source qualified candidates for both TECHNICAL and NON-TECHNICAL roles (active and passive searching of candidates), ba
sed on the job requirement from different sourcing channels. Manage job posting sites and other mediums. Schedule candidates for interviews, and o
nline examinations. Collaborate with different department/ hiring managers on their manpower needs, and o
nboarding needs of newly hired employees. Prepare and discuss job offer to hire candidates. Manages the o
nboarding process. Ensures completeness and accuracy of pre-employment requirements prior their o
nboarding date. Prepares and mo
nitors performance e
valuation form to ensure implementation of regularization process. Prepare co
ntracts for new hire employees and regularized employees. Manage the selection of project-ba
sed and student trainee. Send guidelines on the process of exit interviews and clearance to exiting employees. Prepare reports for attrition, and new hire update to be send out to all co
ncerned departments. Assists in the budget mo
nitoring and utilization. Mo
nitor and process the payment and renewal of third-party service providers (sourcing portals, o
nline examination provider, headhunt outsource provider etc.) Mo
nitors service provider co
ntracts to ensure compliance to risk management and requirements. Update weekly report for hiring updates and MRF update. Other project management initiatives such as improvement of recruitment and sourcing techniques, o
nboarding process, new hire employee engagement events, offboarding process, etc. Other HR function will be assigned.
