HR and Operations Coordinator
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required.
Expected KPIs:
People Management
Managing the HR's performance through maintenance of KPIs, employee satisfaction and morale, and completion of projects and routine and non-routine tasksCreate training and transitions plans as needed for new hires or promoted employees within the teamCo

HR Administration and Operations
Oversee HR assistant (recruitment) in all internal-end-to-end recruitment activitiesPerform interviews and reference checks to assist the HR Assistant (Recruitment)Co
nduct and/or oversee all HR internal processes and ensure that all of them are implemented and completed on time, whichever is applicableImplement the Company Policies and Procedures, and create, revise and/or updat

Requirements:
Must have taken up or completed a course relevant to Human ResourcesCandidates with Vocatio
