The Role
As a Payment Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the BAU and projects of channels assigned by the unit head. You will ensure that the systems are running smoothly and are compliant with external and internal standards and policies. You will ensure that uptime is kept higher than the SLA and volume targets are exceeding the forecast numbers.

nWork with Operation units of the Bank to ensure the payment processes are in place, reco
nciliations are all up to date.Respo
nsible for the overall design, hosting, security, customer feedback, and growth of the payment channel transactions of the BankIntroduce new use cases to the Bank products and services units.Work with IT to implement the Payment Hub project to ensure the channel is designed efficiently and costs are managed properly.Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and IT units on the compliance of the transactions according to the internal guidelines defined by these departments.Ensure channels are compliant with BSP rules and all the other regulatory agencies of the channels covered.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, and MarketingAt least 3 years of experience with Payment Channel ManagementKnowledgeable of the different payment scheme functions and management needs.Analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to analyze channel performance and make appropriate programs to increase profitability and usage of channels. Able to have an overall architectural understanding of the system and make necessary recommendations to resolve production issues.
