The Role
As a Card Rewards Processing Officer, you will facilitate the fulfillment of the Rewards Redemptions to different partner vendors up to the processing of billings as payments for successful redemptions. You will ensure that fulfillment of reward redemptions and other tasks are within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). You will also ensure that individual/department targets are met based on the latest approved Key Result Area (KRA). And you will come up with process improvements and innovations that can be applied to the group framework to help the Cards Business achieve its goals.

nthly billing transaction of the partner -vendors.Facilitates tagging in PRIME for all the redemptions either Processed or Cancelled. If canceled, sends email to CCG Outbound for call out and create correspo
nding cases in CRM.Answers emails from different units/departments. e.g., requests, inquiries, complaints, etc.Facilitates CRM cases initiated by Customer Co
ntact Group.UATs and other related matters for enhancement and other projects.
