Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Executive is primarily responsible in reviewing, verification and payment of invoices, staff claims and statutory transactions, in accordance to established processes and agreed timetables. He/She will be answering email enquiries from stakeholders and will assist in reconciliation of vendor accounts and preparation of statutory forms and reports. The Accounts Payable Executive will be a backup support for systems implementation upgrades. This position is part of Finance & Accounting of Manila Business Shared Services and will report directly to Senior Accounts Payable Team Leader.

Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting / Finance or similar faculty2 to 3 years of experience working as Accounts Payable Executive or related functio
