Reviews and verifies Contractor’s payments to the Co
ntractors / Subcontractors/ SuppliersChecks and reviews docu
ments related to substantiation of Contractor’s expenses in order to manage the overall expenditures of the Project.Validates payments and expenses of the Co
ntractor and classifies whether those payments are valid or invalid ba
sed on the Co
ntract requirements and Schedule of Cost Components.Helps the Commercial Manager in assessing the mo
nthly payment application of the Co
ntractor in relation to validation of previous mo
nthly billings.Manage the preparation of progress and final reports/billings of the Contractor/s for submission to the Commercial Manager.Mo
nitors and controls project works to include co
ntractor and its subcontractors.Perform any other duties and respo
nsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
