TALENT ACQUISITION/HIRING
Coordinate with requesting heads regarding new manpower hiring.
Conduct interview, exam, and background check
Ensure compliance and completion of pre-hiring forms and on-boarding (Job Description, Job Offer, Employment Contract, Company Orientation, etc.)
Maintain and update 201 records.
Manage the official company job board platforms.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND LABOR RELATION
Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of the employees and must ensure that the process supports and protects the company.
Plan and develop training and development programs that would support the employee’s existing and future needs.
Monitors all submitted employee resignations and notify Payroll for salary to behold
Conducts exit interviews
Routes employee exit clearances
Performance Management:
Monitors employee 3rd and 5th-month performance evaluation
Monitors employee quarterly performance evaluation
Prepares letter to confirm employee regularization
Reviews performance evaluations submitted by the line managers
Proper Execution of Employee Discipline function
Handles employee concerns and labor issues
Deals with employee grievances and implements disciplinary procedures
Drafts notices such as notice to explain, a notice of the decision, and termination letters
Conducts administrative hearing and records the minutes of the meeting
Provides advice to the line managers in interpreting HR policies and employment laws
Execute a memo to the concerned employee.
Check the correctness and completeness of DOLE and other regulatory reports.
Attends DOLE hearing
COMPENSATION AND STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Process Timekeeping
Process remittances (premiums and loans) reports to SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF of employees.
Process timely and accurate sickness, maternity, and other benefit claims of employees to SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig.
Prepare payment request and monitors payments and reimbursements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
With at least 5 years of experience as a generalist.
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
Ability to interact and work with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Keen to details

Ability to handle confidential information
