WHAT YOU'LL DOLead a small remote team in the Philippines to effectively support the finance team in Hong KongReview the Accounts Payable (AP) process from time to timeKeep track of all payments and expenditures, including invoices, statements, etc.Check and input suppliers' invoices into the systemUpload bank/credit card statements into the systemSettle payment in the system Prepare and arrange the refund of the tenant’s deposit Work closely with HK team on the payment issuesAssist month-end closingOther ad hoc requests assigned by the managerWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplinesA minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with 1-year supervisory experience would be an advantageDetail-minded person and proactively work on enhancementGood problem-solving and critical thinking skills which can make decisions based on evidence-based opinionsResponsible, self-motivated, and team playerAbility to handle multiple priorities under a tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge in Xero would be an advantageGood command of both spoken and written EnglishWHAT WE OFFERA dynamic startup environment with career progressionExperience in working with overseas teamsGreat platform to perform and learn for the bestCompetitive salaryFringe benefits + Extra leaves
