SUPERVISOR - ADMIN & HUMAN RESOURCESSUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Admin and Human Resources Supervisor plans direct and coordinates functions related to the company organization’s employees. They develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies, procedures, and forms; assist and support department managers and employees regarding personnel issues, and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
The HR Supervisor also oversees recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of employees and contractors. They consult with top management (e.g., President, Accounting Manager) on strategic workforce planning and serve as the organization’s link between management and employees/contractors.

nSIBILITIESAssist in preparing mo
nthly payroll functions including attendance administration, payroll calculation, allowances / OT claims administration, performing reconciliation, and others in an efficient and timely manner;Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payments and Government reporting (DOLE, others);Assist in preparing mo
nthly payroll reports for submissions to Accounting and other relevant parties;Assists and supports department managers and all employees regarding perso
nnel issuesAssist in handling disciplinary issues, staff counseling, and other employee relation or industrial relation matters;Coordinates and assists the manager with employee reviews and performance appraisals. Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payments and Government reporting (Income Taxes, SSS, PHIC, other forms, and other legislation)Office Administration Experience is an advantage; andCarry out such duties as the Company may from time to time direct.

nal Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervising skill specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Well-organized, service and people-oriented, result-driven, self-motivatedExperienced in supporting a mid-size business unit, providing and to end operatio
