JOB FUNCTIONS:

Customer service representative duties include; answering customer questions, providing information about products/services, and assisting with easy troubleshooting issues. 

Requirements:

• Applicant is a High school graduate (old curriculum)/SHS graduate (new curriculum)

• Above Average English communication skills

• Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM

• For work from home applicants, Candidate must be within 4 hours from CDO mother site, in case of internet/power 

connectivity failures - candidate will be asked to work onsite instead
