Job Description

Summary:

The HR Operations Specialist will act as the Subject Matter Expert or “go-to” person for accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees and managers regarding local HR

policies, HR life cycle processes and HR system questions or issues. They also provide HR operations support to the HR Business Partners through facilitation of different life cycle activity, such as: system encoding and document preparation for payroll, terminations, transfers, promotions, and updates

in in salary, personal data, job titles, supervisors and departments. The role will work closely with all HR team members in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every HR touchpoint thereby contributing to Realbase

What you'll be doing on a regular basis:

Ensures excellent customer service is provided to our team members by attending to day-today HR inquiries or requests such as Certificate of Employment, Philhealth forms, etc. and/or redirecting them to the respective process owners in a timely manner Generates and shares various HR reports that support HR operations such as compliance reports, survey results, workflows, and reminders are properly communicated and that relevant updates/reports from HR systems and databases are readily shared.Support timely and accurate payroll processing by generating HR reports on employee movements, leave balances, etc.Ensures HR databases are up to date and only contains accurate information.Ensures effective facilitation of the offboarding process of leaving employees.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist post.Good communication skills.Amenable to work in a hybrid work set up.Amenable to work in Makati.Amenable to work in dayshift.Has knowledge in google drive.
