Duties and responsibilities:
· Provide clerical and administrative support to assigned department.
· Assists office personnel for manpower needs and clerical works.
· Manages filing system and recording necessary information as needed.
· Assist in office management and organization procedures.
· Monitor stocks of office supplies and report when there are shortages.
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
