We are recruiting for an HR Coordinator who will be part of our People Operations Shared Services Team. The role will be part of the Recruitment Administration team which manages all administrative work involved in talent acquisition. The team provides first class service to support the global talent acquisition teams, local line managers, and candidates from multiple countries across the globe.

What will you do in this role?

Working under the supervision of the Recruitment Admin Team Lead in Manila, you will:

Manage and arrange all recruitment interview scheduling which includes coordinating with hiring managers and candidates from the UK, New York, and Manila offices.Administer pre-employment assessments, technical exams, and other task-based recruitment tools.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

You will be ideal for this role if you have experience working in recruitment especially in a shared services set-up. You will make a strong candidate if you have an excellent level of written and spoken English, with proven communication skills as well as the time management skills.

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:

Working with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. eARCU) and HRIS tool (e.g. Workday).Using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Relationship building and dealing with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
